Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy, this will put them into the shopping cart. To remove items or change quantities click the "Cart" button. After you have finished your selection, click the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Orders cannot be amended after they have been placed, please therefore ensure that address details and products ordered are correct when placing your order.

Payment can be by PayPal, credit or debit card with complete security online. The cards we accept are MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Delta.

Shipping And Handling

FREE DELIVERY for UK mainland orders over £55.

Mail Order for the UK, takes on average between 2 - 10 working days subject to anticipated demand & stock availability. Once the parcels have left our premises the responsibility for delivery is with the Carriers. Delivery times can and may vary depending on seasonal demand.

Mainland England (excepting the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight), Wales and Southern Scotland carriage will be charged at cost with a minimum of £3.50 and maximum of £6.99.

. If your order cannot be packed in one box, due to weight (30kg max. inc. packaging) or size we reserve the right to charge further shipping; we will contact you with this charge before proceeding. If you request goods to be left without signature it will be at your risk. If our carriers return your package to us having been unable to deliver it to the address given in your order we will refund the cost of the goods less the cost of the return carriage

We will email or telephone you to confirm delivery charges for:

1) All International orders which include the Channel Islands and Eire.

2) Deliveries to the Isles of Man & Wight, the Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland

Please note we are unable to accept orders to BFPO addresses or PO BOX's

When you place an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions whilst also confirming that you are over 18 years of age.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to have your order ready for despatch within one working day of receipt of order and payment subject to stock availability. We will email to advise you when we despatch your order; where we include a tracking link it is your responsibility to track the progress of your parcel. In the event of non-delivery you must notify us by email within 7 days. If your order is returned to us undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address being given when the order was placed or due to no one being at the delivery address to receive the goods we reserve the right to make a charge for the extra costs incurred. If you cancel the order under these circumstances we will refund the cost of goods less the cost of the return delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery time refers to working days from the date of our despatch. Working days for our carriers are Monday to Friday and exclude Bank and Public holidays.

Back Orders

We do not back order. If an item is not in stock we will attempt to contact you for your instructions. If we are unable to contact you we will remove the item from your order rather than delay despatch.

Right of Cancellation

Please note that you have a statutory right to cancel this contract within 7 days of delivery by written notice to Burnley Home Brew Goods must be returned at your expense and appropriately packaged.

Product Storage After delivery and prior to use all products with a Best Before date must be stored in cool, dry conditions and away from direct sunlight.

Tax Charges

All prices shown are inclusive of the appropriate rate of VAT.

Please note that we are unable to remove the VAT from any orders destined for the Channel Islands.

The card details you submit are totally secure. All card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL encryption, our secure gateway providers are Worldpay and Paypal.

Complaints Procedure

All complaints are dealt with equally and fairly. We aim to respond to all complaints within one working day and to resolve all complaints within five working days. Any customer details passed to us are kept confidential and you will be kept informed of the complaint process. Any claim for non-delivery or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of our despatch. Additionally any claim for damaged goods must be accompanied by emailed photographs of the damage

You are also welcome to call in at the shop during trading hours. All telephone calls are charged at standard rates.

Our trading hours are: 0900 to 1700 Monday to Saturday.

Once we have received your complaint it will be dealt with speedily, efficiently and confidentially on a one to one basis. We will initially acknowledge your complaint and will further endeavour to come to a satisfactory and fair conclusion within 7 days.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The only personal information that we collect is the information that you give at the time of ordering. We do not disclose buyer's information to third parties other than our shippers and carriers solely to enable them to deliver to you. Cookies are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. If you have any questions or comments about privacy pleas. Except for emails relating to an order in progress we will not email you without having obtained your prior consent.
