Refunds, returns and cancellations

If you are not happy in any way, shape or form with your order please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and speak to us.

Our cancellation returns and refund policy is in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT ME STATING THE NATURE OF THR PROBLEM. ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS. IF AN ITEM IS BEING RETURNED FAULTY RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY BURNLEYHOMEBREW.

If you decide that you have placed an order in error, or have ordered the wrong product we will be only too glad to issue a full refund, as long as the items are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unopened, not used or worn.

Sorry but we can't refund you for the return postage or courier costs if it has been incorrectly ordered in the first place.

If you change your mind and cancel your order once goods are dispatched via courier, you should advise the courier company to 'return to sender'. In these instances and once the returned goods have been received by ourselves, we will refund you the costs of the goods less any return courier fees. As we subsidise the initial courier fees, there is every possibility that return fees will be greater than the original postage costs, as again, we think it only fair that we do not subsidise postage where the customer has changed their mind.

Similarly we cannot accept liability for loss or damage during return transit and recommend you take out adequate insurance to cover the full cost of the order in case of damage, loss or theft during transit.

Using Royal Mail, confirmation of posting is no guarantee of delivery and items should be sent via an insured "signed for" service.

We can only credit the card/bank/paypal account used to make the original payment. This is in accordance with UK anti-fraud and money laundering regulations.
