Harris Acid Blend
Acid Blend is a granulated blend of the three most commonly found fruit acids: Citric Acid, Malic Acid, and Tartaric Acid. Acid Blend is used in Wines and Cider to help balance the three main Fruit Acids. By balancing the acidity, it makes it easier for the yeast to ferment properly as well as ensuring the wine or cider doesn't taste 'flat'. Acid blend is made up of 50% Malic Acid, 40% Citric Acid, and 10% Tartaric Acid.
