Fast acting Spirit Wash Finings
Use in a Spirit Wash to remove Yeast cells and other particles, to ensure a Clean Pure final taste with no off flavours.
Once fermentation is completely finished, degas the Spirit wash by stirring vigorously until there are no bubbles on the surface. Then add Stage 1 finings, stir thouroughly and leave to stand for 1 hour.Then add Stage 2 finings and stir gently for 10 seconds. Leave to clear in a cool place (around 15c) for 24hours.
Sufficient for up to 25 litres
