Beaverdale Pinot Noir
The famous red grape used for all red Burgundy wines and the majority of Champagnes. The juice is less tannic and richer textured than Cabernet Sauvignon, and therefore it matures more rapidly. Characteristics: Soft, fruity and smooth.
