Add 20 liters of warm water (25°C) to the fermentation bucket. Then add sugar and mix well until completely dissolved. Add lukewarm water to 26 liters.
Add the contents of the sachet D48 and mix. Do not use a fermentation tube. Ferment at room temperature, preferably 20-25°C.
Note: To obtain a setting of 21% it is necessary to cool the fluid to maintain a temperature of 18-24°C.
